Merry Maids Team Members are more than “maids,” they’re leaders in the office and in the community. Elizabeth Beam is both. At the office “Beth” shows her leadership by providing insight, training new Team Members, and driving to additional houses to help others deliver a professional and consistent Merry Maids experience. Beth continues to demonstrate the effort behind setting the ‘Gold Standard’ for Merry Maids.

Feedback from clients is vital to Merry Maids and Beth gets plenty based on her professionalism in her client’s homes. Her clients have specifically highlighted Beth’s concentration to detail in their master baths and kitchens, and the fact that she begins and ends each visit with a smile. Beth treats her clients as friends, from sitting with a bed ridden client for the first moments of each visit, to having the awareness to recognize an emergency with another client and getting him to the hospital in time, only to return to the house and complete the cleaning. Beth’s extra attention and commitment lets her clients know we not only appreciate their business, but we appreciate them as people.
