  • In order to be successful, you have to enjoy serving customers. If you have the people skills and the drive, along with the support provided by Merry Maids, you’ll get there. The brand name of Merry Maids brings in the customer. The phone will ring for you. You just have to know how to get those customers to sign up for regular service. One of the biggest forms of support is from other franchise owners. I can call any owner and take 30 minutes of their time for their feedback and they’ll give some good recommendations in the way they operate their system. Merry Maids has a great network of other business owners who are always ready to help one another. For me, the #1 benefit is the hours. We have 2 young boys. I’m here in the office every morning, but I’m home when my son wakes up from his afternoon nap. That’s something no one can pay me more to take that away. Being a business owner and being able to spend family time, being able to grow our business at the same time. Merry Maids provides me life-work balance. I’m an entrepreneur, in a fun environment that’s growing, that’s service related, and I get to spend time with my family. And you can actually make a difference for your community while you do it.
