Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No of course not, we can access with a secure pin to your home security or better yet, provide us with a key which we keep secure in a lock box listed only by a number for added security.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes! We try to accommodate all requests. Highly requested days such as Thursdays and Fridays may require being on a wait list but we will do everything in our power to get you what you want!

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Each home is different so call us at (770) 676-1368 for a free customized estimate. All homes are not the same so we want to be sure that you get the type of cleaning you are counting on, we do not take a cookie cutter approach to the needs of your palace!

What form of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash and check.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

We are very Pet Friendly however, if your fur-baby gets nervous with new people in the home we ask that you place them in a safe comfortable place and leave us a note with their name and any treats you may want us to give to them! Remove any items of value or personal sentiment on counters or shelves that you would like for us to dust.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Absolutely! We are Very Pet friendly.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

No we bring to all to you! If you have any specific requests or needs, please let your sales consultant know so we can work to accommodate you! Most of our products are Green however, we still have a few traditional items when we really need to get the dirt/grime out!

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee, we want you to be happy, if you are not for some reason, please contact the branch manager Don Curry and we will do what we need to do to make it right sending back out team or in some cases sending another team member to make the necessary corrections
