Our cleaning team consists of top notch cleaning experts ranging from new team members all the way to 5, 10 and 20 year Merry Maids veterans! No matter how experienced a new team member is when they arrive, no team member will enter your home without attending our comprehensive training program.
All team members must pass a thorough background check and drug screen so you may rest assured about the security of your home .

General Manager Stephanie Summers
Stephanie started with Merry Maids in November 2013 as a Customer Service Manager and also held the role of Director of Operations prior to becoming General Manager. She is passionate about recognizing her team and providing excellent service. Stephanie is a Boise native when not working, loves to spend time with her husband, JT and son, Jesse having as many adventures as possible.
Office Assistant Jaimee Culverwell
Jaimee has been with Merry Maids since April 2012 and started out as a Cleaning Team Member. Her dedication and understanding of the cleaning process have led to her being promoted quickly through the ranks and she has held many positions: Team Captain, Trainer, Field Supervisor and now, Office Assistance. Jaimee is also a native to the Boise area and lives in Kuna with her husband, Cody and children Emilee and Cheyenne. They enjoy camping and the great outdoors.
Owners - Brad and Lisa
Founders Brad and Lisa Dionne started their Merry Maid franchise journey back in 1987, before most people had ever heard of a house cleaning “service”. Back then, it was all about 18 hour work days… doing every job the company required from cleaning, customer service, accounting, inventory control, marketing, hiring, training and meeting with potential customers to give bids. It was a “bootstrapping” story if ever there was one! Thankfully as the business grew so did their ability to hire more and more team members to fill those roles. Before long, they had 9 offices in a 4 state area and boasted a team of over 300. They became the largest Merry Maid franchise owners in the country, and in 1996 they received the most prestigious award given to owners, the Dallen Peterson Founders Award. They credit their success to the exceptional quality of people they were able to bring to the business and their dedication to uncompromising customer service. Despite all this, their greatest pride and joy in life come from their beautiful children Emily, Cooper, and son-in-law Brett, and their faithful yellow lab “Banjo”.
