No, you do not but please make sure your home is accessible to us. Most of our regular customers provide us with a key.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes, we clean homes Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

It’s best to pick up and straighten the home so that we can get to as many surfaces as possible.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

We do not hire people that are afraid of animals because it is there home also. All we ask is that the animals will not be aggressive while we are there cleaning.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

No, we will bring everything that we will need to clean your home.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

We have Worry-Free Guarantee. If you are unhappy we ask that you call within 24 hours so that we can come back and reclean at no charge to you.
