Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not but please make sure your home is accessible to us. Most of our regular customers provide us with a key.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes, we clean homes Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

How much will it cost to clean my home?

We provide free in-home consultations to give home cleaning estimates. We also provide phone estimates and estimates by email. Call us at (843) 213-6742.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards or you can pay by check or cash.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

The more organized and uncluttered the home is, the better and more efficient job we can do.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Yes, many of our clients have pets in their home but it is best not to have them in the rooms our staff are cleaning.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

Only if they are specific products you want us to use. Merry Maids provides green certified cleaning supplies and equipment at no charge.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

Contact our office as soon as possible and we will take care of any areas of the cleaning you are not satisfied with. We have full time managers on staff to take care of any concerns our clients have.
