From the Owner
I started my career in the management training program with Terminix Pest Control. After completing the management training program, I was assigned a branch in San Antonio and became the branch manager. After successfully managing the branch, I was promoted to Regional Sale Manager of South Texas. Merry Maids and Terminix are sister companies and part of the ServiceMaster Corporation profile of business. Although Terminix is in Pest Control and Merry Maids is in the housekeeping, the businesses are similar in that they both strive to provide superior quality of service. I was given the opportunity to purchase the Merry Maids business that was a perfect fit with tremendous upside.

Giving Back to the Community
We are here to help people and to give back to community. We currently are working with “Cleaning for a Reason”, which organizes cleaning for cancer patients. We will come in and provide a onetime cleaning at no charge to the patient.
Our Company Structure
Michelle and David Cantu: DSC Enterprises Inc. was created in 1992 for the propose of purchasing the first Merry Maids franchise in San Antonio. When we purchased the franchise, the office was producing $1,200 a week in cleaning. Today, we are providing about $30,000 per week in cleanings. Since the first location we have added 8 other location in Texas and Louisiana providing over $100,000 per week in home cleanings
Christine Leyva: Christine started out as a cleaner, then moved up to service manager, then to branch manager, and finally to regional manager.
Kenia Gandaria: Kenia started as office assistant. She moved up to office manager and then to branch manager.
Stacy Cavanaugh: Stacey started as cleaner. She moved up to office assistant and then to office manager, and finally to branch manager.
Mary Garcia: Mary comes from the hospitality business and a great fit for our business.
Tesha Pollard: Tesha was the branch manager when I acquired this business. She has been recognized as one of the top manager in the Merry Maids and has won several incentive trips.
Ieshea Ellison: Ieshea started as a cleaner, then moved up to office assistant quality control, then to office manager, and finally to branch manager.
Deana Sutton: Deana started as a cleaner, and then moved to service manager, and finally to branch manager.
Jeanette Thomas: Jeanette started as cleaner, then moved up to quality control representative, then to office assistant, then to office manager, and finally to branch manager.
Daniel Pons: I hired Daniel when I purchased this location, as he comes from the janitorial business. He is yet another great fit for us.
Ashley Leyva: Ashley started as a cleaner, then moved up to office assistant, and finally to branch manager.
