Bill spent 19 years with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Senior District Executive with the Greater St. Louis Area Council. In August 2012, he brought that same spirit of leadership, service and integrity to Merry Maids of Southeast Missouri. Fourteen years later, he remains passionate about the business and the people who make it special. Scout’s honor.

Bill and Donna married on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2024, bringing together two families and even more reasons to celebrate.

Family is at the heart of their lives. Bill has two adult sons and a daughter-in-law, while Donna has three adult daughters, sons-in-law and six grandchildren. They love to travel, spend time together and find reasons to bring their families together, including their First Friday Family Nights, filled with food, fellowship and fun. Bill also loves to fly and earned his pilot's license in April 2026, adding a new adventure to their list of things to enjoy together.

Christ is the center of their relationships. They are active members of Connection Point Church and believe strongly in serving one another and others. Bill also serves as a Gideon, supporting the Gideons International ministry of distributing Bibles to share the Gospel with people around the world.

Donna brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, media and marketing management to the partnership. She currently serves as a Donor Relations and Communications Specialist for the Saint Francis Foundation, helping raise funds that support patients and families in need. She also serves on the board of Safe House of Southeast Missouri, an organization dedicated to helping people affected by domestic violence.

While Donna isn't involved in the day-to-day operations of Merry Maids, she and Bill are partners in every sense of the word. She helps with oversight, decision-making and marketing while providing a place for the two of them to share, plan and dream.
