For the Love of Clean – Monica's Story

As a mother of four young children, Monica Green understands the meaning of hard work, dedication, and how busy life can get. The latter is one reason she decided to become a Merry Maids® team member—she wanted to help others with busy lives lighten the load with exceptional cleaning services.

“A clean home is a good home to come into,” Monica says. “I like that I can take care of that burden for people.”

We couldn’t be happier that she’s been on this journey with us and has truly become an integral part of the Merry Maids Birmingham, AL family.

The Rhythm of Clean – Rob’s Story

For Robert “Rico” Pavia, everything he does is centered around music and a well-timed rhythm, even cleaning.

Since 2018, Rob has been a valued team member with Merry Maids of South New Jersey, supporting local clients with household tasks and building trust and a genuine rapport that they ask for him by name. He ensures his clients get a custom cleaning tailored just for them, which he understands can have a huge impact.

He says, “The work that I do not only gives people a sense of ease, but it can change and impact their life.”

Rob is adamant that what he does is not just about cleaning; it’s focused on caring for his clients and making them feel good. This positive attitude hasn’t gone unnoticed, earning him a Merry Maids 2020 Team Member of the Year award.

The Merry Maids of South New Jersey team loves having Rob as part of their brood, and we’re so proud that he’s leaving a lasting impression on the community.
