Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home. We just need some form of access to enter your home. Our teams are thoroughly trained, bonded, and insured. We commonly clean for customers while they are not at home.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

We clean Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00. With one or two days’ notice, we are usually able to accommodate your needs.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, and all major credit cards.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

We ask that you generally pick up and straighten, so that we are able to get to the surfaces to clean.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Yes, we are a pet friendly cleaning company. If your pets are friendly we will be happy to clean while they are home.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

No, we provide all the equipment necessary to clean your home. We also bring green products that are safe for you, your family, your pets, and our cleaning staff.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

We guarantee our work. If you are not completely satisfied, we will happily come back and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge.
