Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

Most of our clientele is not at home on their scheduled day of service.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

We are happy to accommodate requests for specific days. Our 25 year history of providing reliable service does mean that Merry Maids of Dallas at times is unable to service everyone who wants to be on our schedule, however; we will immediately let you know if that is the case when you call to set up an appointment. We do not overbook. If we confirm your appointment, we will show up on the scheduled day of service.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

Merry Maids of Dallas provides services to a broad spectrum of clientele. We customize your service to match your lifestyle. Some of our clients just want cleaning, so they pick up everything prior to arrival to help our crews be more efficient with their primary task. Other clients whose lives are so time starved they need far more than just cleaning service will often request that we organize their closets, do laundry, ironing, and pick up their children's toys and clothes. Your preparation is to simply give us good instructions on how we may best assist and serve you.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

At Merry Maids of Dallas we bring pets to our office so that our cleaning crew members will be more familiar with and more comfortable with pets. Our employees are appreciative when you secure your pets. This is typically the best course of action for both the safety of the pets and for that of our teams. We also request that you pick up after your pets prior to our arrival.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

Our crews bring all of their Merry Maids cleaning supplies with them. It is a very worry free system for you. Our trained, bonded and insured crew members that have gone through background checks and drug screens bring everything that is needed to make your home sparkle and shine, so you can.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Merry Maids guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will keep working until you are satisfied. We do require that you notify us within 24 hours of you cleaning to honor our satisfaction guarantee.
