It is only upon completion of this program that the new team member becomes certified to clean.
Carly and Robert Hoffman have owned and operated Merry Maids of Phoenix since 1986. Over 30 years ago Carly and Robert dreamed of owning a business in their own community. When the opportunity to partner with Merry Maids presented itself, they were delighted to own and operate their very own, local housecleaning business.
They pride themselves in running an ethical, trustworthy business or as they put it “ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” They have been recognized 3 times in the top 20 Merry Maid franchise operations nationwide and were proud to be the overall winner in 2006 which garnered them the top honor, The Dallen Petersen Founder’s award.
Carly, while thoroughly engaged in the day-to-day running of her local business, also serves on the National Advisory Council for Merry Maids. Both she and Robert agree that the most gratifying part of being in business for themselves has been the strong relationships they have built with clients and staff members alike.
They are joined by their office manager of 22 years, Jennifer Heer, also a longtime Valley resident. Jennifer is most proud of the excellent customer service she and her team deliver to every client.
