Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, you do not but please make sure your home is accessible to us. Most of our regular customers provide us with a key.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes, we have many cleaning days/times available and will be happy to accommodate your schedule.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash, check or credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

To avoid accidents it would be helpful if you put away any valuables, collectibles, heirlooms etc.

Also, the more picked up your home is the better we are able to clean.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

We love pets! Our employees are appreciative when you secure your pets and pick up after them before our arrival.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

We provide our own cleaning supplies, vacuums and equipment. Due to OSHA requirements concerning proper content documentation of cleaning supplies, use of a client’s cleaning supplies is discouraged.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. Please make us aware of any problem within 24 hours following the cleaning so we can honor our guarantee. Also, we appreciate passing along to our employees any compliments you have about our service.
