Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, we have keys for about 75% of our regular client’s homes.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes, we clean homes Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

How much will it cost to clean my home?

We provide free in-home consultations, but also by phone or email. Call us at (408) 659-4034 for more details.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards or you can pay by check or cash.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

The more organized and uncluttered the home is, the better and more efficient job we can do.

What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. We strive to be flexible and will work with you to find a convenient time for your rescheduled cleaning.

Can I customize my cleaning service?

How do you ensure the safety and security of my home?

We take the safety and security of your home very seriously. All our cleaning staff undergo thorough background checks and are fully insured. Additionally, we have a secure key management system for clients who prefer not to be home during the cleaning. Your trust and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

Yes, many of our clients have pets in their home but it is best not to have them in the rooms our staff are cleaning.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

Only if they are specific products you want us to use. Merry Maids provides their own green certified cleaning supplies and equipment at no charge.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

Just contact our office as soon as possible and we will take care of any areas of the cleaning you are not satisfied with. We have full time managers on staff to take care of any concerns our clients have.
