Meet the Team of Merry Maids of College Station, TX

David and Josie King opened the Merry Maids office in Bryan/College Station in the summer of 1999 to service the residential cleaning needs of the Brazos Valley. After considering several business opportunities, David and Josie settled on a Merry Maids franchise due to their unrelenting dedication to customer service and a national reputation in the residential cleaning industry that is second-to-none. David and Josie worked full time in the business and brought over 55 years of business, technical, and personnel management skills.

As of winter 2021, the business was sold to long-time manager, Amber Lenz. Amber has been with Merry Maids for nearly 20 years. Having started as a teammate, and working her way up to Office Manager, she is now proud to own the franchise location. Amber carries the core values with her that first drew David & Josie to Merry Maids. She is passionate about continuing to provide top notch cleaning services to residents in College Station and the surrounding areas.

In addition to servicing the Bryan/College Station area, our teams also service Brenham, Caldwell, Sommerville, Deanville, Navasota, Anderson, Iola, Bedias, Roans Prairie, Lyons, Franklin, Normangee and North Zulch.
