Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No you do not have to be home when we clean. We do need access to your home for us to clean it though. People sometimes give us a key, garage code, they put a key under that front mat or have a code to the door.

Can I schedule a cleaning for a specific day?

Yes, we try to work with our customers the best we can. If we are setting up regular services for your home we would put it on the same regular day. Like every Monday or every other Monday.

How much will it cost to clean my home?

Each home is different so call us at (904) 494-8238 for a free customized estimate.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We do ask to have a credit card on file to hold the appointments, but our customers can pay however is most convenient to them.

Should I do anything to prepare my house for cleaning?

Don't clean your house before we come and clean your house. That being said, the more you are able to put away, the more I can ultimately do for you.

Are you comfortable cleaning with pets in my home?

We do not hire people that are afraid of animals because it is there home also. All we ask is that the animals will not be aggressive while we are there cleaning.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?

We will bring everything that we will need to clean your home. We like to use our products because these are the products that we know how to use and it is one less thing for our customers to worry about.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning service?

We have a 24 hour guarantee on our cleanings. You have the same day we clean until the next day to inform us of anything that was not done properly and we will come back no questions asked. Rarely does this happen, but we want you to be able to check behind us.
